Proposed Changes to the Credit Bill of Rights

The Office of Public Insurance Counsel recently filed a petition with the Texas Department of Insurance to adopt a revised version of the Consumer Bill of Rights for Credit Life, Credit Disability, and Involuntary Unemployment Insurance.
